Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) - In a meeting with Hujjat al-Islam Sharaf-Khani and cultural officials of Iran’s Endowment and Charity Affairs Organization, Grand Ayatollah Noori Hamedani referred to the cultural issues and stated, “Culture is one of the most important issues in the country and it is prior to other dimensions of life.”

The revered source of emulation added, “Divine prophets started their path of guiding people with care to the cultural dimension so they could lead people to the right direction.”

In another part of his remarks, Grand Ayatollah Noori Hamedani stressed that missionaries should not neglect Qur'an, Nahj al-Balagha and Qur'anic Interpretation (tafsir) when presenting the religious principles and stated, “The best sources for promoting Islam are Qur’an, Nahj al-Balagha and interpretation of Qur’an.”

His Eminence concluded, “Whoever excels at Nahj al-Balagha, excels at a sea of science; Nahj al-Balagha is a great wealth for missionaries.”
